No refunds are offered. Only a store credit is provided. You can return your product for store credit or a different product within 15 days. In order to quality for store credit, you must provide proof of purchase and the item must be in its original condition, unused and tags need to be intact. Once your return is processed, we will notify the approval or rejection of your return. Sale items, bodysuits, accessories and swimsuits are non-returnable. The store credit will be valid for 30 days. Also deposits for special orders (such as layaways or pre orders) are non refundable.

Returns/Shipping cost

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days to inform us. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
